Accessories & Parts (Non-Bike Items)
We have a 30-day return policy for accessories and parts. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at BLACKOXTEMOTO@proton.me. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Complete Bikes & Electric Motorcycles — Final Sale
All complete bike and electric motorcycle purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Due to the nature of freight-shipped items and the costs involved, we cannot accept returns on complete bikes. Please review all product specifications carefully before purchasing. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at BLACKOXTEMOTO@proton.me within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Complete bikes and electric motorcycles
- Items that have been installed, modified, or used
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned after 30 days
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
