Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Supplier-Fulfilled Products Some products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. These items will have separate tracking information and may arrive in multiple shipments. Shipping times and rates for supplier products are displayed at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at BLACKOXTEMOTO@proton.me so we can resolve the issue.
